Privacy Policy
CPAU365 Casino, operated by Bridge Technologies B.V. under the Curacao Gaming Authority (licence 8048/JAZ), respects the privacy of every Australian player who visits this website through the coopers365 program. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.
Information We Collect
When you register an account, contact support or use the mobile app, we collect your name, date of birth, email address, phone number and currency preference. Payment confirmations from providers such as PayID, Visa, Mastercard and crypto wallets are stored as transaction records only — we never see or store your banking credentials.
How We Use Your Data
Your information is used to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, deliver bonuses such as the AU$38.88 welcome credit, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. We also use aggregated, anonymised statistics to improve the website and the CPAU365 mobile app.
Cookies And Tracking
This website uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand which pages are most useful. Marketing cookies may measure the performance of the coopers365 campaign. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to the site.
Data Sharing
We never sell personal data. Data is shared only with trusted processors: payment providers, identity verification services, our licensing regulator and IT infrastructure partners, each bound by confidentiality agreements.
Data Retention And Security
Account records are kept for the period required by Curacao licence conditions. All traffic to and from the site is encrypted with TLS, and stored data sits behind firewalls with restricted staff access.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep. Email our privacy team via the address listed on the Contacts page and we will respond within 30 days.
